Steve Gold
County Attorney
As the County Attorney of Henderson County, Kentucky, Steve Gold is responsible for the prosecution of crimes, collection of bad checks, past-due taxes and child support, and he serves as legal advisor to the county's governing body, the fiscal court. Prior to becoming County Attorney in 2008, Gold maintained a private law practice for ten years and served as First Assistant County Attorney for four of those years.
Jill Brady
First Assistant County Attorney
Jill has been an Assistant County Attorney since 2002. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in 1993 from Transylvania University. Jill studied law at the University of Louisville and graduated in 1998. She was admitted to the Kentucky Bar in 1998, and the Tennessee Bar in 1999. Jill maintains a private practice in Henderson and serves on the Involvement Board. Jill is also a member of the Multi-Disciplinary Team for child sex abuse cases.
Nicole Wade
Assistant County Attorney
Nicole has been an Assistant County Attorney since 2005. She has served as a full time assistant since 2006. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in 1998 from the Pennsylvania State University. Nicole studied law at Widener University School of Law and graduated in 2001. She was admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar in 2002, and the Kentucky Bar in 2003.
Jeff Ellis
Assistant County Attorney
Jeff has been an Assistant County Attorney since 2008. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in 1994 from the University of Kentucky. Jeff studied law at the University of Kentucky and graduated in 1998. He was admitted to the Kentucky Bar in 1999, and the Tennessee Bar in 2001. Jeff maintains a private law practice with Foreman & Watson in Owensboro, Kentucky.
Elizabeth Vaughn
Assistant County Attorney
Elizabeth has been an Assistant County Attorney since 2009. She earned a Bachelor of Science in 1968 from Murray State University. Elizabeth studied law at the University of Louisville, Brandeis School of Law in 1971. She was admitted to the Kentucky Bar in 1971. Elizabeth served as Henderson Circuit Court's first Family Court Judge and maintains a private law practice in Henderson. Elizabeth is also a member of the Brandeis Society.
Kyle Evans
Assistant County Attorney
Kyle has been an Assistant County Attorney since September 2011. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration in 2007 from Lindsey Wilson College. Kyle Studied law at Florida Coastal School of Law and graduated in May 2010. He was admitted to the Kentucky Bar in October 2010. Kyle currently serves as the Vice-President of the Henderson County Bar Association.
