The Tax Sale for 2021 has been set for August 26, 2021 at 9:00 am. The last day to register and submit lists and fees with the Henderson County Clerk is August 16, 2021. The lists must be submitted to firstname.lastname@example.org on an Excel spreadsheet in xls. format. The list must be in the order in which the bills are to be purchased. It is preferable that you use our registration form as it has more information pertinent to our specific tax sale. The spreadsheet must be in order and provide:
a. County Map or Parcel number
b. Tax bill number
c. Tax Year
d. Taxpayer name
